Bag Care FAQ

Our materials are sourced from chrome free and water saving certified tanneries and small family owned businesses in Italy.

From hardware to leather, through our entire process we have developed our products in a socially responsible manner.

Our products are crafted in the following materials:

Italian metal accessories
Italian premium calf leather
Italian suede

Our bags are made to last by having a specialized inner structure, water repellent properties in most leather finishes as well as humidity proof painting.

    CARE INSTRUCTIONS

As a general rule do not expose to sunlight or heat for long as colors might fade, instead store it in its dust bag.

    Calf

Use a gentle leather cleaner, and a soft damp cloth to remove dirt. Avoid wax or silicone products

Over stuffing may result in permanent bumps and lumps on leather surface

Never use heat to dry leather, always “air-dry”

      Suede

Use protective spray to repel water and prevent stains. Try the product on a small inconspicuous area before tackling a stain.

For heavy stains use a suede-cleaning block (also called a suede eraser). It’ll crumble as you rub them across the surface.

Remove oil stains by rubbing talcum powder. After several hours, brush off the powder. Repeat if necessary.

How do I care for the metallic accessories?

If you notice that your strap hardware or magnets require a bit of polish, we recommend a brand called Brasso (most countries have their own local derivative). Not too harsh with the capacity to provide you with exemplary results...As good as new!

Simply dip a cotton bud in the solution and circle it around the metal. Make sure you avoid touching the leather. Let it dry naturally, we estimate 10 minutes is more than adequate, store your bag in its respective dust bag yet again.

If I have the croc embossed white bag, how do I take care of it?

Anything in the color white raises significant concern. However, we suggest that you do not panic if your bag meets with a stain. We are ready with solutions for any issues you may encounter. Grab your local brand of baby bar soap, gently scrub it on the stain and wipe away with a soft cloth. There you have it, as soft and clean as a baby’s bum!
